What Services Are Offered with Apartment Living at Homestead Village?
Homestead Village’s one of a kind supportive services program allows older adults to live independently in their own apartment while getting assistance to stay happy, active, and healthy. Personal care services are billed at a daily rate and include assistance with chores such as doing the laundry, sweeping the floor, straightening up, changing bed linens, and other everyday tasks that help you around the home. Assistance with medication, morning routine, evening routine, and other activities of daily living are also provided. Transportation services to all doctors’ offices within 5 miles of Homestead Village are complimentary. Our culinary team designs unique and thoughtful menus to delight all residents in our Plow and Pineapple Café, Pineapple Room Restaurant, and Stauffer Spring House Café and flexible dining dollars allow all residents to enjoy the fellowship and health benefits of dining with friends.
Another element that makes Homestead Village unique is that our apartments enable you to still live with your significant other despite your needs for personal care. We strongly believe in continuing to live in the ways that make you happy, regardless of the help you need.
When you need that extra help to thrive, we're right here and eager to help. If a surgery, health struggle, or healing requires a little more help to ensure you're safe and able to stay at home, our trained caregivers can come alongside you for as little as 30 days. As well as helping with household chores, our caregivers can provide safety assurance in the shower, assistance dressing and undressing, medication reminders, and so much more. Physical therapy, occupational and speech therapy services, short and long-term nursing care, and memory support households are also available through the continuum of care.
