Join us for a captivating presentation that will dive into the details of Homestead’s newest neighborhood: The Townstead!

Learn the history of the project from the original findings of the focus groups, to the design charette process, and the important construction considerations which makes The Towntead the only apartment building of its kind in Lancaster County. Dustin Julius, Associate Partner and Amy Kleinfelter, Interior Designer, of RLPS Architects will share about the development and the future of the project from a whole new perspective. Additionally, a Q&A session will be offered following the presentation with additional panel members from Homestead Village.
