Homestead Village Celebrates 20th Townstead Apartment Reservation!
Current and Future Residents, together with Homestead Village Team Members and Board Members, celebrated the 20th apartment reservation at Homestead Villages NEW Townstead Apartments. This momentous occasion marks the “more than halfway” point of proceeding with the building’s construction! A recent event, complete with a champagne toast, cake, and celebratory remarks from Homestead Village Board Member Joan Boben made the event an evening to remember.
During the event, each guest had a moment to share about why they chose Homestead Village, and what they liked best about the community. Heart warming words of encouragement, optimism for the project, appreciation for the friendliness of the community, and fun banter about “which floor is the best” made the event even more meaningful.
Phase 1 of The Townstead expansion project is already in progress and will include beautiful renovations to the current campus apartments and village center. A new coffee shop, salon and spa, corridors, and lobby will totally refresh the existing 1800 Village Circle location. Additionally, a nearly 3,000 square foot expansion of Homestead Village’s Plow & Pineapple Café will feature a re-imagined and elevated dining experience for current and future residents!
Construction of the new apartment building will begin once 37 reservations have been completed.
