Homestead Village Celebrates Future Expansion of Townstead Apartments

Phase 1 of the Townstead Apartment Expansion at Homestead Village was celebrated during a “wall breaking” party and created excitement throughout the community. On September 8th, the residents gathered to mark the start of construction. The event was a collaboration between RLPS Architects, Warfel Construction, and the Homestead Village team. There was a champagne toast, cake, and celebratory remarks from guests who strengthened the bonds of friendship that are already forming between incoming residents.

The expansion will include a range of amenities, such as a charming coffee shop, and a rejuvenating salon and spa. Additionally, a nearly 3,000-square-foot expansion of Homestead Village’s Plow & Pineapple Café will feature a re-imagined and elevated dining experience for current and future residents! Renderings of the newly designed spaces provide a glimpse of what residents can look forward to. Upon completion, the expansion will introduce 73 new apartments, each featuring one of 10 unique floor plans. The main lobby, Village Circle, is undergoing a remarkable transformation, along with gathering areas throughout the campus center. The state-of-the-art fitness center will be a hub of activity and wellness for the community.
