The Farmstead
The Farmstead is an exciting new opportunity for Homestead Village. Located at the beautiful Lime Spring Farm, The Farmstead can be easily accessed by turning west on Noll Drive at the intersection of Noll and Rhorerstown Road (741). Reservations are currently being accepted for Phase 1 of the project. An initial offering was made to our Priority Waiting List, and then reservation opportunities were opened to the General Public in January of 2016. Lots are being reserved quickly, so if you’re interested in getting in on the ground level, don’t wait!
Four styles of Carriage Homes are being offered: The Boxwood, The Laurel, The Willow, and The Aspen. The duplex homes will range from 1,510 to 2,257 square feet and feature spacious, open floor plans, full basements, two-car garages, and on select homes – walk out-basements and even second floor living space! There are also countless opportunities to customize and upgrade your new home. Our model home was an award winner in a recent Parade of Homes event; so you can be confident that the quality and design are consistent with Homestead Village’s commitment to excellence.
