LANCASTER, PA – Homestead Village Enhanced Senior Living, announced they are now accepting reservations for their newest expansion, Townstead Apartments that will add 73 new apartments in the accredited Life Plan Community. The expansion project also will include renovations to the current 1800 Village Circle location to refresh lobbies, corridors, and resident gathering areas throughout the campus center. In addition, a new fitness center, salon and spa, and conference hall will draw residents to centers of activity and convenience.
Apartment sizes in the expansion will range from 1,118-1,597 square feet and start at $229,000. As with the other 376 apartments, cottages, villas, and carriage homes, at Homestead Village Life Plan Community, the Townstead Apartments will offer maintenance-free living and resident-centered amenities all on one conveniently located campus.
