Vitality Wellness Check Program

Genesis Rehabilitation Services would like to introduce the “Vitality Wellness Check” program available to all Independent Living & Personal Care residents here at Homestead Village. This is a free service available to you that assesses all components of the human body from a “wellness approach” and our therapists come to you. Once entered into the program, the checks can be completed quarterly and tracked for changes. If you are interested in learning more about this program, please contact us at 717.509.8270 ext. 174, or stop by to see us at our clinic located down the hall from the café just past the hair salon, outside the skilled facility. Our main objective is for the residents living at Homestead Village to be supported and to “thrive in place.” It’s a proactive approach to health and well-being.
